After seeing an older version of herself take her own life, Mia (played by Jodie Whittaker) sets out to change the past in hopes of preventing this grim outcome. She journeys back in time, uncovering hidden truths and confronting the charming Ludwig (portrayed by Dougray Scott), who is at the heart of her troubles.
