Twelve-year-old Bailey resides with her father, Bug, and her brother, Hunter, in a makeshift home in North Kent. Bug, a single parent, is often too preoccupied to spend much time with his children. As Bailey nears adolescence, she looks for excitement and companionship beyond her family.
