The story unfolds in a post-apocalyptic Dallas in the year 2097, where individuals of African descent are the sole survivors of a catastrophic plague that wiped out 99.999% of humanity. Rather than coming together over their shared heritage, the inhabitants of New Dallas find themselves divided by their sole remaining difference.
