After his boss passed away during his time in prison, Eiji decided to leave behind his life in organized crime. However, he is jolted back to reality upon discovering that his brother Nagaoka, who had left the gang in his care, was murdered by a group of young delinquents known as Hangure. The ringleader, Kagetora, views Eiji and the yakuza as adversaries. In response, the traditional yakuza Eiji springs into action.
