Raymond Rourke, who has a mental disability, is wrongfully accused and set up by a group of children after they inadvertently cause the death of his younger brother, Bryce. Six years pass, and Raymond breaks out of the state mental institution where he has been confined, determined to seek severe retribution against those responsible for his brother’s death and his own unjust imprisonment.
