They embark on an intense regimen that blends advanced physical training with experimental hypnotherapy to boost Alison’s competitiveness. As Alison is pushed to her limits and confronts the painful, buried memories of her mother’s suicide, Dr. Stevens’ demanding program enables her to achieve remarkable progress and shatter her personal barriers.
