Evan Reed, portrayed by Lorenzo Lamas, is recognized as the top motocross coach in the nation. After successfully guiding his daughter, Callie Reed (played by Alana Austin), to the national championships, he turns his attention to a more personal mission: rescuing a local dirt track from being taken over by a motorcycle gang led by Viper and Mongo, characters brought to life by Gary Busey and Evan Mariott. This gang aims to seize the land from the young riders who use it. However, when Evan’s star rider, played by Josh Hutcherson, gets injured before a crucial race, an unexpected replacement steps in. This surprising substitute, Cody the Chimpanzee, demonstrates that the impossible can be achieved, astonishing everyone with his motocross skills and proving to be the best rider on the track.
