“Berkeley” follows the journey of Ben Sweet, an eighteen-year-old who enrolls at UC Berkeley in 1968 with the intention of studying accounting and dodging the draft. His time there transforms into an adventure filled with sex, drugs, rock and roll, and political activism, completely altering his perspective and setting him on a course of personal exploration and self-discovery, diverging significantly from the life envisioned by his father, Sy Sweet.
