Bruceuilis, a rural law enforcement officer, is tasked with retrieving Celestina, a goat deemed a cultural treasure in his hometown, and heads to São Paulo for the mission. In the city, he encounters Trindade, a police clerk who, despite lacking field experience, chooses to join him on this adventure.
