Following the passing of her grandmother, Jane Dormant journeys to her family’s secluded ancestral residence, anticipating a substantial inheritance. However, tensions rise when her estranged half-sister, Jennifer, shows up at Hobbes House to stake her claim on the estate. The underlying animosity between the sisters erupts into open conflict. Their situation takes a dire turn when a sudden, fierce storm isolates the estate from any external assistance, and they find themselves besieged by a horde of ravenous zombies.
