Hope, a deserted crew member on the rundown chemical freighter Otranto, has been struggling for a year to maintain both the ship and her own survival as they gradually deteriorate. Upon uncovering a concealed cargo, she takes a daring gamble to reactivate the damaged vessel in a quest to find other humans. (This is one of six short films created to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 1979 film Alien.)
