Jonathan Davenport, a troubled media tycoon, travels with his distant lover to the Peruvian Amazon to find a secluded artist residing in an area controlled by rebels. Although they embark on this journey with charitable goals, it soon becomes clear that the expedition is a precursor to uncovering a sinister and foreboding aspect of Jonathan’s inner self.
