Yi-Hwan, portrayed by Lee Min-Ki, is an ex-professional baseball player whose career was derailed by his involvement in game-fixing, leading to his downfall. Sang-Ha, played by Park Sung-Woong, is a gang leader who operates a loan shark business and a gambling den. He coerces Yi-Hwan into working for him. Amidst this, Yi-Hwan develops feelings for Yeon-Soo, a bar owner played by Lee Tae-Im.
