In a world where civilization crumbled hundreds of thousands of years ago, the remnants of society exist in a barren, post-technological landscape, populated by humanoid tribes. The fragile peace among them is jeopardized by the reemergence of Wushen, a malevolent, shape-shifting specter born from the remnants of modern technology, who seeks to dominate the world’s inhabitants. The story’s young heroine, Zhuma, a ten-year-old girl, is joined by her loyal companion, Zhanggong, a Tibetan Mastiff with the spirit of a lion. Guided by a mystical goddess, Zhuma is tasked with gathering a group of allies from the remaining tribes to confront Wushen and prevent him from seizing an ancient power.
