Javier Falcón, the head of the Homicide Division in Sevilla, is tasked with resolving two separate cases in a limited timeframe. The first case is deeply personal for him, as it involves an old friend who has gone undercover in an Islamic terrorist cell. This group is now attempting to recruit Falcón’s young son. Meanwhile, a conflict is brewing between two factions of the Russian Mafia. When a significant mob figure attempts to switch sides, he is killed in a car accident. At the crash site, the police discover a USB drive containing sensitive, encrypted data. The situation escalates when the son of Falcón’s girlfriend, Consuelo, is abducted. Both Mafia factions claim responsibility for the kidnapping, demanding the USB drive in exchange for the boy’s safety, and threatening to kill him if Falcón does not comply.
