In a not-so-distant future, beings from ancient Aboriginal legends, possessing remarkable physical abilities, have appeared and now share the world with humans. These beings, called ‘Hairypeople,’ fight to endure in a society that seeks to use and annihilate them. A young man, known as The Cleverman, grapples with his unique abilities and the duty to bring together this fractured world. However, he must first mend the rift with his estranged older brother.
