The town of Westbrick is a tough environment to reside in. This is where rookie officer Matthew and his wife make their home. At the same time, infamous murderers Billy and Barbara begin a series of killings to gain fame. Matthew, on his first assignment with his significantly older partner William, unwittingly encounters Billy and Barbara.
