Count Arthur Strong is a once-popular performer from the heyday of variety shows, who now suffers from grandiose delusions, forgetfulness, and a tendency to mix up words humorously. He imagines himself to have been more famous than he ever truly was, and still clings to the belief that his next big break is just a call away. Arthur fills his days by seizing any chance that presents itself, whether it’s scoring a free meal or offloading a questionable foot spa he has no use for, all the while leaving a trail of disorder and confusion in his wake, completely oblivious to the chaos he causes.
