A down-on-his-luck actor secures a role as a rapist in a television reenactment for a “Crimebusters” episode. Shortly after, he starts an affair with a stunning and wealthy woman, despite her being married. When her husband discovers the affair, he is accidentally killed. The couple conceals the incident, but the actor starts to suspect that there might be more to the situation than he initially realized.
