Davide stands apart from his peers, possessing a feminine appearance that sets him apart. At the age of fourteen, he decides to leave home, guided by his instincts to seek sanctuary in Villa Bellini, a park in Catania. This park serves as a microcosm for society’s outcasts, ignored by the rest of the city.
