A new family has settled into their home on Steelmanville Road, leaving their daughter, Renee, by herself on her first night there. Strange occurrences begin right away, initially leading her to suspect that her friends are playing pranks on her. However, she quickly realizes that a sinister force is at play. This malevolent presence seems to originate from a clown doll she discovered in a previously locked box that has now been opened.
