Ryan, a young police officer with good intentions but a difficult past, has just completed his training when a Senior Officer identifies him as the ideal candidate for an undercover operation. Ryan assumes the identity of Max, a hot-tempered young criminal, to infiltrate a notorious gang of bank robbers led by the mysterious and elusive mastermind known as “The Monopoly Man.” As Ryan grapples with his sense of self, he becomes increasingly entangled with the gang and crosses a point of no return by participating in their most ambitious heist. When the gang is captured and confined together in a cell, with whispers of a “snitch” among them, Ryan must continue to play his criminal role to survive.
