For many years, the Hoyt Library has been notorious as one of the most haunted spots in the Midwest. At last, a documentary film crew was granted full access to explore the numerous reports of supernatural occurrences. What they recorded on audio and video will leave no doubt. Situated in the heart of downtown Saginaw, the historic Hoyt Library has preserved the history and heritage of its community for over 125 years. This grand and elegant landmark serves as a literal portal to the past, containing one of Michigan’s largest assortments of books, artifacts, and documents. However, according to visitors and staff, it also harbors a collection of lost and restless spirits.
