Abe, a man in his thirties, resides with his parents and reluctantly works for his father. His true passion lies in collecting toys. Conscious of his family’s low opinion of him, he attempts to start a relationship with Miranda, who has returned home following an unsuccessful career in literature and academia. Out of a sense of desperation, Miranda consents to marry Abe, but their plans soon unravel.
