The Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival launched a project called 10+10 to showcase the unity among Taiwanese filmmakers. For this initiative, 20 directors were each asked to create a 5-minute short film centered around the theme of “Taiwan’s Uniqueness,” with complete creative freedom in every other regard.
